As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, with the moon shining brightly, “A Moonmoment to Remember – Mid-Autumn Festival 2023” Global Celebrations, which initiated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China and jointly organized by overseas China Cultural Centres and China National Tourist Offices, was inaugurated in Malaysia.””This year, during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the China Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur will celebrate the festival alongside the people of Malaysia. Through activities such as the Mid-Autumn under Moonlight Celebrations, the Chinese Culture Camp, and a digital-themed exhibition, we aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture.”

On September 30th, China Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur will collaborate with local NGO, travel agencies, airlines, and more to host the “A Moonmoment to Remember – Mid-Autumn Festival 2023” at Orchard Hill from 10AM to 9PM.

This event is jointly organized by the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Malaysia-China Culture Folklore Tourism Association and Pearl Holiday (M) Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd. It has the Official Airline Support of China Southern Airlines (Malaysia) and the Official Venue Support of Orchard Hill.

Participants in this event will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes, including round-trip air tickets from Malaysia to China, travel packages, hotel accommodations, Musang King durians, custom chocolates, and more!

The event promises a rich array of activities throughout the day, including immersive traditional culture workshops. In the evening, there will be a special ‘Wishing for Longevity’ moonlight concert. Attendees can also enjoy moonlit strolls through Orchard Hill with lanterns, a Mid-Autumn photo exhibition, tasting of traditional Mid-Autumn snacks and mooncakes, lantern riddles, and a variety of cultural experiences, delicious cuisine, limited-edition gifts, and exciting lucky draws waiting for you to explore.
