Shaolin Temple, which is famous for Kung Fu, is actually the birthplace of Chan Buddhism. Why is a thousand-year-old temple related to kung fu? Shaolin Kung Fu and the ultimate kung fu, “Yijinjing”, were said to be created by Bodhidharma. Is it true?
