Terms and Conditions

The contest is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only.
The Organizer will only accept online registration. All participants may submit only one entry per contest
All entries must be original and plagiarism is prohibited. If there is any infringement of intellectual property rights of others, the legal responsibility is borne by the participants, and the Organizer has the right to disqualify them. If the artwork is still found to infringe the intellectual property rights of others after winning the award, the organizer has the right to cancel the award and retrieve the certificates and prizes.
The copyright of all entries belongs to the organizer. Once the entries are submitted, the Organizer has the right to use and promote the entries without paying any fees to the participants, and the participants are not allowed to retrieve the original artworks. Please leave a copy before submitting your original artwork.
The entries should be positive and should not contain any racial, pornographic, political and other discriminatory and inflammatory content. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to disqualify the entries.
The entries artwork must not have been used in any drawing contest, otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant entries.
The judges' decision is the final decision and no objection. If the quality of the entries does not meet the minimum requirements of the Organizer, the Organizer has the right to cancel the award.
Applicants should fill out the entry form carefully. Invalid contact details provided by the participant and caused failure receiving notification from the organizer will not be entertained.
The Organizer strictly abides by the Personal Data Protection Act ( PDPA). The personal information collected from participants during the event are for the use of the contest only.All this personal information will not be disclosed to any external organization for other purposes.
The organizer shall not be liable for any damage or loss of the original entries artwork caused by post or any force majeure.
The terms and conditions of the English version are for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
The Organizer has the right of final interpretation and decision of the event, including the suspension, modification or termination of the event and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
Participation in this contest shall be deemed to agree to and comply with the provisions of this contest.
