Introduction

“China- Beyond Your Imagination Video Contest 2019” is a major annual event organized by China Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur (CCCKL). The objective of this contest is to encourage Malaysians to plan their trip to China earlier and to share their beautiful memory when travelling in China.

Abundant prizes are up for grabs this time! And as we are in partnership with AirAsia, winners of first prize, second prize,and third prize will have a chance to win round-trip flight tickets to China. Register and participate now!

Rules

  1. Only for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents(Participants can join the contest as an individual or as a group, but will be eligible for one prize only)
  2. Each individual and group can submit one video only.
  3. Each submission needs to provide a description (Not exceeding 200 words), year and venue of the shooting must be stated
  4. No restrictions for shooting equipment (Mobile phone, cameras are accepted)
  5. Any background music or sound effects used in the video must not infringe existing copyright.
  6. The organizer is not held responsible or liable for any legal action caused by the videos.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to use the winners’ video for publicity use, without the need to pay.
  8. Any submission after the deadline will not be accepted.
  9. The organizer reserves the rights to adjust or change any rules of the contest.

Content Requirements

Content Requirements

  1. The length of the video must be at least 60 seconds and not more than five minutes.
  2. The video should be related to China’s culture and tourism. Must be positive and must not include any political or sensitive topics.
  3. The submission must be original. Plagiarism, in any form, is strictly unacceptable.
  4. The submission must not include any logo from third-party producers, platforms or media.
  5. Video language: Chinese, English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Founder of Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival (KLPF) and PCP publications. He is also the Editor in Chief of Photo Creator Magazine and Travelmate. Photo Creator Magazine is the only professional photography publication in Chinese language in Southeast Asia.
